I’m not that satisfied with the cleanliness of the complex since new management but I will say maintenance is awesome! I put in a work order and Manny was here in less than 24 hrs. Even gave me tips on how to eliminate the issue going forward. I’m hoping everything else will get better with time.

Michael is hands down the best! He provided me with great customer service, because of him I applied to unit 219. I’m super excited to see what my new home has to offer me.

Mike was such attentive and helped us out! He even stayed after hours to help us with the application and made sure everything went by smoothly! Also great personality and easy to talk to.

Great location for the money! You're just about 15/20 mins or less from most attractions so there's plenty to do within the area. Also large diversity of residents as well and this is one of the main things i look for in a place.

We have switched management recently and the building has really gone downhill. The upkeep is horrible, trash builds up at the drop off sites and no one tends to the hallways anymore. They don’t even send us emails anymore when our packages have been delivered. Overall the cleanliness is our main concern and it’s been BAD.
