Today is 12/22/2022. I came into the store looking for the "In Tucker. We trust" shirts. I was told they do custom printing which was awesome. All I had to do was pick out my shirt. I'm a construction worker. I was dressed as such. The two women working never asked me what size I was looking for. Just said they had blank shirts over there pointing to a rack in the store. The shirts are so packed on the rack, If you remove one, you remove 10. This shirt isn't worth the frustration to me. I even commented to the girls that it seemed easier to pick the shirt out online. Then I thank them for being so helpful not really and told them that I will not be making a purchase today. This close to the holidays you would think customer service and trying to get a sale would be top of the list. But it goes to show you being an in-store customer doesn't count for anything anymore. Especially at establishments like this.
Please be mindful of this when shopping with these people. These bad reviews on here are here for a reason. Customers aren’t lying when they say they steal your money, doesn’t ship your order out unless YOU contact THEM first, nor do they do refunds, they will only give you store credit. The owner obviously is offended by the “bad” reviews as you see how they are responding to people who leave one. So that tell you everything about their customer service and how they treat their customers. Please be careful doing business with these people!! Can’t get mad at people for leaving honest reviews! Stop stealing peoples money and thinking the customers are in the wrong for their opinion about your company.
This was my favorite place to shop at but not anymore. Whenever I’d make a purchase, if they didn’t have the product in stock which they didn’t put on the website that it’s out of stock they wouldn’t email or text me to let me know that there’s a possible delay in shipping. 3 times I have had to reach out to them about my order just for them to send it out the next day or offer a replacement. Lack of communication with customers that are spending money with them is what drew me away. I currently have an order that has yet to be shipped and still no one has reached out to me and let me know anything. Makes me feel like they’re playing with my money which I don’t like. Communication shouldn’t be so hard.
The entire staff here is awesome! Sarah is awesome Kim is awesome. This is my one stop shop! I never stop coming here. 4 years and counting.
Amazing customer service! Employees are beyond generous! They have amazing deals and everything you need. I recommend you try it out, you’ll fall completely in like with this location!!!
Made a purchase 11/29 from the online store. My money was debit from my account on 30th. I have not received anything yet. It is now 1/1/2023. They just took my money and nothing

Had an issue with my order costing around 3 days of time. However, after staying in contact with them they shipped a replacement and it arrived the next day. I don’t blame the seller, their service was amazing. If you order online, text to make sure there are no problems with your order.
These guys are awesome and have great customer service. They always recommend the best and give u the most for ya buck. I love the staff
