Beautiful work, excellent service, fair pricing, prompt turnaround, and a kind and friendly owner who takes care and pride in his top-notch work. I can't say enough good things about this business. Walter let me take my time pondering which size to choose for enlarging my wedding and engagement rings, helping me decide but never rushing me, even offering to do a quarter-size for one of them, which wound up being the perfect solution. He resized them beautifully in only a couple of days, and now they fit perfectly and look like new. He even fixed two bent prongs that I hadn't even noticed. Additionally, he is an amazing human being ... stop and chat with him sometime and hear his story. I found this business by chance when I was driving by and needed a jewelry repair shop ... and now I will not go anywhere else!
Repaired my jewelry quickly and professionally.
Really excellent service. I brought in a few simple pieces of jewelry to sell, and the staff took time to talk me through the worth of each of the pieces. My mother had recently passed away, and the staff responded with sincere empathy. After I sold some of the jewelry to them, I left feeling satisfied with a fair deal. As the jeweler and I talked after the transaction, I could tell that the story behind the jewelry mattered to him. To me, jewelry is not just about the financial worth of the piece, but about the emotional value too. I highly recommend this local shop.
Absolute worst service. Attempted to charge me twice what is normal for a watch battery, and then lied to me saying one watch was not a battery issue, but the mechanism needed to be replaced. Took it somewhere else and they replaced the battery; watch works great.
Spent alot of months wasting my time at big chain diamond stores. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here. The experience was great. I found the ring I wanted and the ownerz told me to go home and sleep on it because it was a big purchase and didn't want me to second guess the purchase. 3 weeks later we made the deal on the perfect ring. Highly recommend this amazing and affordable diamond store.
Terrible experience dropped a ring off to simply get it shorter then a week later I was told they "just started" it and itll take three days I came back to get my ring and was told it was started and they can't return it now I return another week later and am told another three days I will not be surprised if the jewler is petty enough to steal a few minuscule diamonds a terrible experience and a great lesson
Unfriendly staff. Door was locked during business hours. Tried to charge me money just to look at my diamond earrings
Had a ring re-sized and it fits perfectly. They did a wonderful job!
They offered no help after hearing my voice
Was not open during posted business hours. No one answered the phone or return my message.
