When it comes to quality, care, and attention to details, this is the place to go. The shop is ran by Ty, he's the owner and installer " he's always busy lol". I took my Tesla Model 3 there and my wife's AMG Benz for a Paint protection install and ceramic coating. I dropped the vehicles off on Monday and picked them up a week later. The PPF was installed with absolute perfection, and very detailed. Ty did tell me upfront that he was busy and needs sometime to install the PPF and ceramic coating. Although he didn't charge me extra , he did take the initiative and do paint correction on my vehicle and restored any scratches and swirls before installing the ceramic and PPF " The guy's super honest, he's upfront, and most importantly he's professional. The customer service was outstanding , although the shop is always packed with vehicles, he took his time with our cars and got the job done. I must say I've never seen paint so perfect until coming here! thanks ty!
I am VERY particular with who I trust with my vehicles. Ty @ CCA Wraps was great at communicating from start to finish, was honest, easy to work with and returned my car in pristine condition. We will be back to have him ceramic coat our other vehicles! The location of the shop is also easy to get to and in a nice area. Definitely recommend!!
Been contemplating posting this for a long time now, bc all the negative reviews have embodied my experience working with this shop, but I just came across my paperwork and costs for fixing my BMW and was instantly angered again.... Tyrone completely destroyed my BMW during his wrap process, and lost my OEM wheels and pretty much all of my trunk panels to the convertible which caused trunk leaks. I had to replace every piece that was lost or damaged and was promised repayment for all of my corrective spending. I also had to take the car to a totally different shop to have them fix his mistakes and complete the job. He had the car for almost a year and still has not reimbursed me for the damages that he caused and it's been some years. Reached out to him a few times about a payment plan for my 3k and he disappears everytime. Oh and the lies he tells are insane, unnecessary, and obvious.
If you are looking for high quality service, precision detail and an overall great experience look no where else. The team over at CCA Wraps is amazing, they pay attention to the little things and they go above and beyond when wrapping your vehicle. I have had my Jeep SRT wrapped twice by them and each time I am impressed. I cannot say enough, if you are thinking about having your car wrapped, painted correction, ceramic coated etc... you have found your place. Thank you guys for your integrity, attention to detail and outstanding customer service.
I'm not the type of customer to write scathing reviews-- but take it from me and the other 1 star reviews on Google and ALL of the 1-star reviews on Yelp that CCA Wraps is the WORST business you could ever take your vehicle to. Before I had my car taken to the shop, I referred a few friends to Tyrone he runs the shop. One of my friends went to get some new headlights-- Tyrone misled him and lied for over a month. No work ever got done, he damaged his car, and essentially just held the car hostage. Finally my friend got his car back and swore against ever going to CCA again. Still, another one of my friends went to CCA to get tints-- he made an appointment and Tyrone never showed up. He never texted him back or called him either. Sure enough, I sent my friend to Hallstar Tints that very same day and he walked out with a perfect job just minutes later. Another one of my friends was able to get tints on his brand-new Model 3 and it came out with bubbles-- the issue still hasn't been solved. Still, I took a leap of faith and sent $80,000 Mercedes CLS for Tyrone to do a paint correction. He constantly delayed the service and once he finally had the car, he had me pick it up thinking that it was done and when I got there, he said I'd need to bring it back for one more round of paint correction. His shop is 40 minutes away from me yet I held my patience and brought the car back. I picked the car up after all was said and done and noticed scratches and blemishes where he completely burned through the car's paint. I immediately let Tyrone know and he said he would do whatever it takes "to make it right". He had me take the car to Diamond Auto Body-- they quoted $1600 for repairs and Tyrone showed some hesitation to pay that large sum. So I offered Tyrone an alternative course of action: 1 Pay me $600 to have 1/3 body panels repainted 2 Vinyl wrap my Dodge Durango and 3 he agreed himself to do a ceramic wrap on my Benz to apologize for the inconvenience. Fast forward 2 months and NONE of that has been taken care of. I've dropped my Dodge Durango for over 2 weeks-- back and forth a dozen times and he had it partially wrapped with scratches everywhere and bubbling wrap. I took the SUV back again for him to take care of it-- and even though he said he was re-doing the wrap, I saw on the car's camera that I can remotely check that NO work was being done on the car. When I picked it up, Tyrone pretended that the wrap was new-- but I could CLEARLY tell that it was the same as before and that NO new wrap had been done. In terms of the $600 in damages-- Tyrone comes up with a new excuse every week as to why he hasn't paid me yet. Sometimes his paycheck hasn't cleared, other times he plain just ignores my request for the money. I've wasted so much time and money at his shop and despite giving Tyrone chance after chance, I've decided to give him one more day since he said he will come to MY home and finish the work. If he does not do that tomorrow and pay me my $600 in damages, I'll have no choice but to take legal action and take him to small claims court. Do NOT, under any circumstance, take your vehicle to this shop. The owner shows a repeating pattern of lies and excuses and while he shows that he is accountable, he does absolutely nothing to make up for the damages he's caused you.
I’ve modded quite a few vehicles in my day. I’ve also been known to be a perfectionist on my work. I’m very particular on what goes on my vehicles, who touches them. I’ve known Tyrone for a couple of years now, and watched him progress in this field, expanding to not just wraps, but also detailing as well. This man works extremely hard to not only please his customers, but his prices are extremely fair. This man stands by his work, and his work speaks for itself. Tyrone is a genuinely good person all around. Never out to get someone. Just a honest to goodness man, doing what he loves, and supporting his family. This is the type of gentleman that you always come back to. He will always have my business!
CCA WRAPS LOCATED IN SILVER SPRING IS THE WORST PLACE TO WRAP YOUR VEHICLE. Okay, from a distance the work looks nice. Right ??, but, up close it’s HORRIBLE. First off, I was told by Tyrone Crossland that the wrap would take 1 week to finish. It took him 3 weeks to finish wrapping my vehicle. He was very unprofessional, lacking communication, giving excuses that he had to work his other job and that he was on daddy duties. It’s a business. His personal life had nothing to do with him accepting the job and stating that the work will be finished in a week. Prior to wrapping my vehicle, he was very firm on me giving him a deposit of $1000 before he began the work. When I received my truck, I couldn’t believe how TACKY, RUSHED and UNPROFESSIONAL the wrap was done. First off, he didn’t take the vehicle apart front and rear bumpers to wrap it correctly, bubbles were left, and the wrap was lifting in almost every corner and wait on it..... parts of the vehicle had tape to tame down the wrapall this on the same day I receive my vehicle . Oh and let me not forget, He WAS NOT there when I collected my vehicle, he had other “co-workers” there to send me off with my vehicle and the vehicle battery was dead remember this is a new truck never had it died on me or have to get a jumpstart. My front windshield was full with spots. The ceramic coating he put on the wrap got all over it and probably dried. I contacted him and he said he’ll fix it within 3 days. A week went by and the vehicle was not even close to being done . He then said he’ll just take the wrap off and refund me “ because it’s a lot on his plate”. Wrap was taken off incorrectly, paint was taken off from my actually vehicle and my emblems on the rear are still missing. As off today, I have not received my full payment. As you can see, none of CCA WRAPS pictures shows the detailing of the wrap up close. It’s horrible. Beware. This is NOT the place to wrap your vehicle. This business is a quick money business with unprofessional, inexperienced workers. Take it from me....worse experience ever when dealing with a business of this sort I hope everyone in the DMV if you see this share repost this...people like this don’t deserve to be doing business with anyone or handle any one vehicle All car clubs take note...
Had my car ceramic coated and wrapped by cca. Was very happy with the outcome of the car. Work is very professional and gives you what you want. Prices are reasonable for the amount of time and effort that's put into his work. Plan on having my car wrapped by him again, ppl are very surprised when I tell them the car is wrap and not painted!
This guy is very professional and he is honest as ever. I took my car in hesitant that I was going to be overpriced like many other places however, he gave me the best price he can. He is busy I will say The labor of this job is intensive and It is very tideous however, he kept in contact with me throughout the job and let my mind be at ease, I will definily come back to bring my families cars!
Very Professional, great quality of work everybody compliments me on my Jeep now and they were very good at keeping you updated on what they were and keeping a timeline! Best shop for wraps in the DMV area everybody should go here!! When i get my hellcat I’ll definitely be back! 5 star review
