Absolutely terrible communication.  If you are trying to reach them by phone to ask a question or schedule an appointment, expect to wait a week or longer to even receive the courtesy of a call back.

Level of care is extraordinary. We feel safe with all cCare personnel. Every question is answered. They continually put our best interest first. Amen!!
