CCR Mower Repair is a locally owned and operated repair shop. I found them through Ryobi when my electric mower stopped working. The staff is polite, upfront with what you should expect, and they work diligently to clarify any concerns. I plan to use them again.
If there more companies like this in the world everything would be perfect. Nancy made sure I was taken care of and offered a solution to my issue and saved me lots of time and effort.

Nancy and the CCR team were top notch! She helped me through a lengthy warranty replacement process and stuck with it to the very end to ensure my claim was resolved successfully. The CCR team was always quick to respond and kept me updated on the status of my warranty service. I very much appreciated the experience, as CCR clearly values their customers. Nancy will be my first call the next time an equipment issue arises!
Excellent customer service. I went to CCR Mower Repair for a warranty claim on a drill, and the whole process was seamless. I previously went to a big box store for the same claim, and they made everything needlessly overcomplicated. CCR Mower Repair knew exactly how to file the warranty claim, and their customer service was top notch.
Took my Ryobi electric mower to CCR. They were honest about how long it would take to repair it was still under manufacturer's warranty. They were tireless in their efforts to get the correct parts for repair from the manufacturer, and eventually, a replacement mower from the manufacturer. Highly recommend, and would definitely use CCR again.
This review is for the quality of the repair. I took a very old chainsaw to them and it came back looking like and working like it was band new. I was little frustrated about how long it took and the communication, but they just seem to be very busy. So don't expect a quick turnaround. The quality of work was far better than I could have anticipated.
My Ryobi mower's self propel feature died after only one season of use, which was unfortunate. But fortunately for me, CCR was fantastic with helping me get it repaired and ultimately replaced. All I ever did was drop it off and they took care of everything else. I'm hoping my mower will last this time around, but if it doesn't, I'm glad I'll have CCR to help!
