sorry to have waited so long to rate, the best by far. staff treated me far better than expected, my family will rate far higher than 5 stars. next time in sunnvale will stop and say hello to my friends,

The PT was good but the staff makes so much noise. They talk so loud and in different language and someone else was so rude .

Grounds are well maintained, 2nd tier rooms are nice but the “low rent district” is NOT!! The GM of this facility is a spiteful person and runs the facility with an iron fist! Meals are fantastic!!!

My mom was there for about a month and a half and in just a short time, the therapists were helpful and patient. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. She was ready to take care of herself and was sad to leave the staff. I had peace of mind when I wasn't around and that meant the world to me! Thank you :
