Nicole helped me figure out balloons for a birthday party and then went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss the pick-up when we didn’t show up on time. So thankful for the outstanding customer service!

Seamless experience working with these guys! I chose them as my chair vendor at my wedding and everything went great! the chairs were great quality and the most inexpensive I found while shopping around! Definitely recommend!

The crew that came out to our venue to set up the tent was very nice and easy to work with. They worked very quick. When we realized that we were missing a table and a side wall, they corrected it right away and brought it to us the very next day. The decorations we rented were in great condition and at a great price!

I am the grandpa in this "didn't pick up when you PROMISED" debacle. We gave you plenty of time to pick your equipment up on Saturday. Not only didn't anyone show up as you agreed to.....no one called to tell us they weren't coming. You were as rude and arrogant on the phone to me as you possibly could be to me, A PAYING CUSTOMER. You threatened to bill my credit card for anything stolen because it had to sit out overnight at the Walnut Woods lodge, because no one showed to pick it up. I had to put a stop payment order on my credit card. And because of your incompetence I made three separate 30 mile round trips to the venue waiting for the $180 Saturday pick up that never happened . While the rest of my family had a post wedding gathering at our hotel. I missed that. The last trip, my fourth, was early Easter Sunday, my granddaughter's first day married, and there she and her new husband were, lugging your chairs to load in a hastily borrowed truck. Thanks a whole lot for that. You also told us that because of your screw up we would be getting a refund, which is the only decent thing to do. WHERE IS THAT REFUND? It's now June and we haven't seen it. That was just another one of your lies. One of many I'm afraid. Beware future customers......these people charge $180 extra to pick up their own equipment on SATURDAY!!! Isn't that when most weddings are held? So you could be next. There must be one better place in Des Moines to do business with?
