Ethan McDonald's knowledge of the New Orleans market is impeccable. Ethan helped me navigate purchasing a home in an unfamiliar city. Ethan is super responsive, tech-savvy, highly resourceful, and had a great network of professionals that helped me before, during, and after my purchase. Honestly, the process could not have gone anything smoother. He's an excellent advocate to have your side during this process! Christopher is a super star!! My husband and I have the utmost respect and trust in him. We initially began our home search in March 2022 with another realtor . Pierre Viguerie was a lifesaver!! I had a very short time frame to find a rental and Pierre went to work right away for me. He was efficient, professional, and provided me with numerous options within my price range and desired location. He was on top of any issues that arose and provided solutions quickly. Within a matter of days, I was signing my new lease thanks to Pierre! It's worth noting that this was all done remotely as I was out of town for an extended period of time. I wish I could give a million stars instead of five for Joe and Brett. They were both our selling and listing agents and went over and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Whenever a problem arose which let’s face it, happens when you’re selling and buying houses that are over 125 years old in New Orleans, they immediately came up with solutions. I can not recommend them highly enough. I will use them for my next house and exuberantly insist that anyone I know buying or selling a house uses them.

I have had the pleasure of working with Michael Newcomer while buying and selling a home. My experience couldn't have gone any smoother. Michael is a very detail oriented and thorough realtor. I have bought and sold several homes but have never had a closing as smooth as this one. Michael recommended great contractors and ensured the work was completed timely and accurately. He walked me through all of the items that needed to be taken care of prior to closing and even helped me find a new place to live once we accepted an offer.
