I am so glad I found this Cell Doc. They have all types of cases, screen protectors, and accessories. I cracked my phone screen and they replaced it quickly and guided me through the process. The employees there are extremely nice and knowledgeable. They also have multiple locations throughout the mall so it is very easy to find the accessories you need.

When I was in a bind trying to find a place to replace my phone screen, most places were giving me a two day turn around. Not only were these guys able to do it same day but their price was almost half of what other places were quoting me. Hopefully they keep their prices that way!

They are the best. He fix my broken iPhone screen, replaced my old battery , and fix my son LG phone. My son phone screen was broken and the phone couldn’t be used. They ordered the parts. And it was a wrong part send to them .but he explained to me and we understand him. He didn’t just fix my son phone. He delivered the phone to my home. For free. I will go back to him anytime I have a problem with my phones. His THE BEST. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN ....

Exceptional service! Replaced a cracked iPhone X screen in 20 minutes. Exact same repair quality as Apple but about half the cost. Located right outside the Sprint store inside Fair oaks mall. Highly recommend for anyone who has a cracked device screen.

They replaced the back of my phone including the back camera and a little bit later my phone was having issues due to incorrect instillation. Specifically, the back camera stopped working, the control between vibrate and silent stopped working stuck on vibrate/sound, and the phone stopped connecting to the cellular network. When I took it back and pointed out these issues they said it was an issue with the antenna, but when I took my phone to a different cell fixer and also the Apple Store they both said it was an installation issue. I had hoped foolishly, I suppose that they would reimburse me for the $100+ I spent on the back replacement but they took no responsibility and tried to pass it off on to me. It’s unfortunate because I had been a repeat customer up until this point. I now will not return to Cell Doc due to their inconsistent quality/attention to detail/customer relations.

I stumbled upon Cell Doc by accident while looking for another cell phone kiosk. I decided to repair the camera on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with them. Aman was very courteous and repaired my phone while I waited. He is very pleasant, funny and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

I got my phone fixed here on august 3rd and it was an ok job. My phone was not the same after I got my screen "repaired". The service was quick and simple. Also, make sure to ask about their warranty policy.
