I changed my screen for iPhone 11 Pro And it was supposed To Be The original and best quality, They also made me buy a screen protector for 30 $ dollars because it was supposed to be best quality, I ended up baying 170 $$$ dollars . Exactly 2 weeks after !!! My screen protector is off!! My screen is going crazy opening all apps without even touching it!!! when I tried to talk to them about it he did not even care about it, All he tried to do is sell me another screen and a screen protector.

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! Friendly staff with reasonable prices and fast repair times! The back of my phone ended up shattering and I had to have the replacement part held off for a few days and the owner was more than accommodating with my situation.

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. The guy at the St. Matthew's Mall location is a fast-talking CONMAN. He sold me a case for my S24 Ultra for $50, BUT when I went to the Oxmoor location, I was sold the SAME EXACT CASE for $30! The Oxmoor guy told me that I got ripped off, so guess what? I will be going back with my receipts to the St. Matthew's conman for my refund! If he so chooses, we can escalate this too! If you are going to buy any phone case from this vendor, do your due diligence. Better yet, buy it from a totally different vendor.
