We love Celts! We typically go on Tuesday evenings for their wings special and oh my gosh, their special wing dry rub is the absolute best! Our server is always the same and she is friendly and personable. We really appreciate having this restaurant in Rosemount.
I went here for lunch where they have fast friendly service. They will get you in and out quick. Full bar and tons of TVs with sports always playing. Lots of parking. For wings and drink and salad was 20 bucks with tip. They also have free popcorn.

Just went in for the Friday all-you-can-eat fish fry. I thought it was very good! Place was busy but waitresses and cook was spot-on. Didn't have to wait for an additional order the fish was lightly breaded, mot greasy, cooked to perfection. I highly recommend.

We enjoy to go out. Yesterday we went to this magnificent restaurant which we didn’t know before. We spent a delightful experience there with fine dishes and an experienced crew and an impressive chef. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we shall certainly return soon. We warmly recommend.
