Amazing office with great care team! So impressed from the moment I called and scheduled my consultation for my daughter's scar revision surgery. Cari (front desk) was so thorough and caring- this had been a long process with a bad first experience at another surgeons office- so I truly appreciated her care, concern & professionalism. She took the time to speak with me and address all of our concerns before our appointment. When we arrived for our first appointment I was so impressed with the office team & Dr Gerlach. They took the time to explain the steps of the surgery, the healing process and ease our fears of this surgery (after a previous bad experience at another surgeon. ) 5 Stars for this entire team/practice. I would definitely recommend Dr Gerlach to everyone. Thank you!!!

Dr. Gerlach is professional and thorough. His office staff are kind and responsive. My surgery was performed in the surgical center inside his office, which made the entire procedure more comfortable and personal. The follow up care and results were above my expectations.

Dr. Gerlach did my Aug 12 years ago and now my left side had DEFLATED, i called to get appointment times and dates, spoke with Kari, I got so much resistance and push back with absolutely NO assistance. It was like pulling teeth to get answers. I will be using a different Doctor going forward. NEVER AGAIN will I call this office. OMG!!
