The staff and Dr. Hurst were always pleasant, helpful and kept me informed of what was going on. They were there to answer my questions and encourage me through reassurance that everything was going well...even when I wasn't so sure that it was healing (due to a little impatience on my part). And they didn't mind repeating instructions, as I don't always comprehend things the first time. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have since sent others to Dr. Hurst who have also had surgeries and were very pleased with him and his staff as well.

Dr. Shawn Gaffney is an excellent specialist. His passion for his work is obvious upon meeting him. Highly recommend him. All of the staff have excellent customer service.

The staff is really friendly and the offices were clean and pleasant. I didnt have to wait past my appointment time to be seen they were really prompt. We weren’t able to figure out what was actually wrong with my skin but that didn’t upset me because I was advised to see a different specialist. However I was charged over 100$ out of pocket even though i dont usually pay copay with my isurance. They ended up sending us a check a couple months later so at least they were honest about their mistake!

I just had my first ever appointment with Dr. Hurst and his staff. The center is clean. Minimal wait time. He and his staff were very cordial and professional. He explained everything to me and what treatment he suggested which was done efficiently. I was in and out feeling good about my experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Hurst to my family and friends!
