The people were completely unprofessional, and rude. I hosted a business meeting and the manager came into my event and complained about how we were stressing her employees. Incredibly the only communications I had with her team was when they called to tell me that the lady that planned my event was no longer employed there. They had no idea of what my reservation was for. If it wasn't for the fact that I had people walking in the room I would have canceled the event. They charged me $50 for being 15 minutes early to setup. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!BEWARE.
