Central Defense Security

Worst staffing agency I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No communication between reps and home office, lying, unprofessional all the way around. They lure you in saying one thing and change it into something completely different from what was promised when you sign on. I will always recommend to anyone I talk to to never work for them.

Worst security company ever !!! They don’t care about anything , I was told that even if I’m in college I still have to work my 30 days which was fine but the thing was my on-site wasn’t able to work with my school schedule. The lady I called was so unprofessional she was arguing back and forth with me which is totally not professional and she asked me for my uniform which I don’t mind turning in something that’s not even worth it . They robbing the employees anyway let’s make that very clear !

Joyce the receptionist is highly unprofessional and incoherent on policy and procedure. When someone is calling a business We the consumer or employee want to hear a pleasent voice and attitude. The receptionist is the face of a company and with that a person gets a vibe on the overall company. Central Defense needs to improve on the people they have representing them. I will never do business with this company nor will any of my friends nor their friends as well.

Do NOT even bother wasting your time with this company. Extremely unprofessional office personnel and incompetent coworkers. You'll do better at any other security company in the city of Memphis.

Don't never work here unless you want to make minimum wage long hours nasty trucks and managers and supervisors who doesn't care nothing about you or anything that you have to do and you cannot leave your post unless your relief come and 7 times out of 10 your relief is always late.
