I drove 45 minutes to give blood today and I was turned away because I was late , but I called to let them know I was there right there  at 1 pm I am extremely disappointed. Especially when I receive letters all the time for my blood type !

Staff are all friendly, informative, and accommodating! There's always a decent selection of snacks to have afterwards, as well.
