Central Karate Louisiana

My son has been attending Central Karate for over a year and we love it. It is like family and I love the instructors. They have taught him so much more than just kicking and punching, they teach respect, self control, and discipline but in such a fun environment that he loves going. Tang Soo Do

My 4 year old looks forward to going to little ninjas class every week. He loves it and its been great for him. Everyone there is great! So glad we chose central karate!

I wasn't quite sure what to think about my special needs son joining karate. I had heard that martial arts would be good for him, but would Tang Soo Do be the right one. Ten months later I can say for certain that it was! His core strength has improved tremendously. We no longer go to Occupational Therapy because he gets what he needs from Central Karate. Also, Tang Soo Do is a military style M.A. so therefore he is now saying Yes Sir and Yes Ma'am more then he ever did before. The instructors, Lauren and Sean Kennedy, are not only great with the kids but they are fun to be around as well. I enjoyed watching my son learn so much that I have now joined the class! I highly recommend you come check them out!

These people teach my daughter things they don't teach at school. Respect. Self discipline. Honor. And I am honored to be a part of this program. My daughter loves it!

My son goes to the after school program at Central Karate. Mrs Lauren and Mr Shawn are great with the kids! We love this place! I highly recommend Central Karate!
