My water heater was leaking and damaging my floor. Central stopped the leak and replaced my water heater the very next day! I will definatly use them again!

On Feburary 9th We had a pipe break. On the 11th, Dan and his son came out to help us. Unfortunately, my pipe froze because we had to turn our water off. This happened twice! On the 13th our pipes THAWED and I made sure our pipes would NOT freeze again. I contacted the plumber Dan, to let him know. From the 13th to the 18th the owner did not send anyone back out to complete the job. On Feburary 18th, I called Central Mechanical to talk to the owner, Kriss. When I had mentioned that I have been without water for nine days and when would he send someone back out, the owner, yelled at me! Said that my pipes needed to be thawed out and that I was not listening to his plumber, and that it was not his guys job to put on heat tape on my pipes, when I tried to tell him my pipes were THAWED, he hung up on me. About 30 minutes later Kriss called me back, and told me he was not going to send anyone out and I needed to find another company. When I tried again to tell him my pipes were THAWED, he hung up on me again! At this point, my pipes had been THAWED FOR 5 DAYS! NEVER ONCE DID I YELL, HOLLER, OR CUSS! I SHOWED THE OWNER, KRISS, RESPECT! This owner, Kriss, was disrespectful, rude, closed minded to me, and does NOT communicate well with his employees! WHAT A WAY TO TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! WHAT A WAY TO TALK TO THE DISABLED!!!!! If I could keep my Insurance company from paying Central Mechanical, I would, based on this alone!

We called on a Sunday because our main pipe to my mother in-laws house busted at 7pm, we were told they had to call their on call person and call us back and never called back.

Been using them for a few years now. Great job. My last project was done just like I asked.

Our contractor hired these guys to install our new water heater and shower/tub combo. Randy and his team have been great. They pulled out our old, from 1993, tub and recommended that we don't put that tub back in our bathroom since we are doing a remodel and the tub was cracked and super old. We agreed with him and didn't want to put it back in the first place but that's what the contractors wanted to do and supposedly our contractors couldn't find the same size tub... Well, after doing my own research for not even half an hour, I ended up finding the same size tub and got that ordered and they put it in. The shower is just a little taller than our old one so he even adjusted the height of the shower head for us. Even with having the contractors call them super upset for recommending a brand new tub to us which is ridiculous, I am super happy they did! they have been on time and have done a great job. We really appreciate their honesty and that little push for us to get a new tub!Services: Water heater installation
