I would never work with this company again. Should something happen to your unit, their “customer service” is nonexistent. Our filter stopped working so we contacted our local rep. We paid for a visit where he did nothing to resolve the problem. We called the corporate offices and they referred us back to our local rep who said “we’re shooting in the dark” instead of helping us to fix the issue. Such a joke. Take your business elsewhere.
