Pretty good prices, I would recommend 2hrs if you want to get around the whole park on a non-electric bike and be able to hop off and see the main sights. Free helmet hire if desired. My only issue is that the bikes probably aren’t diligently maintained. The rear brake was super squeaky and pretty worn and useless. A rookie biker might have trouble or use the front brake more in error and tumble. You’d hope each bike was checked and serviced every night.
On our 15th anniversary together, my husband and I booked the central park bike tour. We picked up our bikes a block away from the park. Bikes were in great condition. Phillip was our guide and was very informative. Amazing how much history there is in a city. Thank you Phillip for the tour. We enjoyed all the stops in the park and its beauty.
Volcano came as great help on our tour at Central Park. They even saved our luggage in order to be able to enjoy the visit. Keep it up
I had a great 2 hour rental, which was just about right amount of time for a trip around Central Park. The bike rode well, and this location was perfect, only a block away from one of the park's entrances. The service was good but they were busy, so be patient. I would recommend, and check their Groupon.
Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. The bikes were well maintained. They forgot to give us bike locks, but we managed without. Just remember to ask for them as it would have been better. We overran slightly coming back and they didn’t try to charge us any extra, so kudos for that. Would recommend.
Great price for the rental, 3 hours is plenty of time to see Central Park. Handy that they give you a lock and I like that you can get a basket for a couple dollars extra. The 15 minute grace period is perfect for tourists that don't know where they are. Customer Service definitely could be better, the employees seemed unimpressed and forgot about customers listening in. Great experience over all though!

Good price, great service and advice with some flexibility if we went over the time. Bikes were well maintained and gave us basket, locks and helmets. Lovely staff with a smile. We’re 69 and 70 so if we can do it so can you!
