Well lit, cleanly kept parking garage
Would not recommend parking here. Multiple duplicate charges and unresponsive customer service. The payment system is by QR code/app ONLY. No physical pay stations. I was given an error message 3 times when attempting to pay, so we tried paying on my boyfriend's phone instead. This seemed to go through the first time. The next day, we noticed that we had each been charged 3 times, for a total of SIX CHARGES, for a single parking instance. That is over $52 in excess charges! There is no number on their website to call and they have not responded to my emails requesting a refund for the duplicate charges. Total scam.
