As an employee of Central Plains Computers as well as our General Manager, I have experienced the greatest amount of encouragement from working with our clients and hearing feedback throughout the years about our professional and courteous manor. How we have given our clients peace of mind and confidence in who we are. We are not just another tech company looking to make a buck. I take great pride in offering services of our caliber to the public as well as to our local businesses here in the Great Bend and surrounding area. I also enjoy being at the forefront of today's leading technologies and providing the most robust list of products and services of any other IT company in central Kansas.
Wonderful customer service, but unfortunately did not an have individual laptop for my need. The owner was happy to provide me with helpful information about laptops and computers regardless of whether or not I would buy from him. The shop is mainly focused around orders, especially from businesses. Even though I did not buy from him, he sent time telling me hid expertise on how to pick out the right laptop for another store.

Central Plains Computer Service came in and cleaned up our network and we have never been happier. Countless struggles with viruses and malware have plagued our business until now. The team at Central Plains is friendly and professional. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

As an employee for a CPCS client who relies heavily on our computer and other office equipment working smoothly with the internet and within our local network, I can say that Chris and the CPCS staff do a great job of making us feel like a priority whenever there is an issue.....even when we namely me caused said issue.
