Racist is all I can say from personal experience. The owner is very helpful when he is there however his employees are not. I went inside with my mother, the two employees that were there a man and a woman didn’t greet us, didn’t ask if we needed help with anything. I went inside looking to buy sneakers for my daughter but walked out empty handed because employees at that store don’t know how to do their jobs. Another customer came inside she was African American. Again workers didn’t say hello, didn’t ask if she needed help with anything. You work in retail. As a sales associates it’s your job to ask if anyone needs help regardless if they don’t. But as soon as a white woman walked inside the 2 employees greeted her and asked if she needed help finding anything. This African American woman and I were in the back of the store looking for sneakers at the kids section. NON OF THE TWO EMPLOYEES THAT WERE THERE BOTHERED TO ASK IF WE NEEDED HELP. One of the workers, who was on register was just on her phone, eating a salad, while the other one was just standing there. Sir you work there for a reason do your job and quit staring at any person who isn’t white as if they’re going to steal something!! I didn’t go there to window shop I was there to buy sneakers. I’ve been to this store many times. Most of the time the owner is there and there is never a problem. Discrimination if you ask me! Do not recommend anyone going here if this is the kind of experience you want to have.

Always go here for shoes I need to get quickly. They have good discounts and if you have a gym membership card they can give you an extra discount. Not too big but enough to go get yourself a drink at Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. Some of the women who work here just stand around and stare at you like you're about to steal something and I have had some bad experiences where I had to just leave the store. I had a similar experience as the other guy who had his change thrown at him. The owner is very friendly though and makes you feel comfortable and knows all the shoes here.

to be blunt - their customer service is HORRIBLE. However, i go there for North Face stuff for my boys. I also end up getting shoes there on sale. Typically you can get a deal on adidas and Nike shoes for around $30 for good quality. Hence, why i go back. Also, they have an ABC play mat near the kids shoes. This helps keeping the kids interesting when they are young. My 3 year old loves it. Only problem is having to leave -

Nice selection. Sneaker staff was nice but the cashier was incredibly rude and pretty much threw my change at me. This was a while ago. Hopefully the cashier has been sacked by now.

Outstanding & amazing quick staff they get what you need right away and are very friendly especially the boss. Reasonable prices they keep up with the recent fashion styles and soooo much to choose from I highly highly recommend this place. No words. 10/10 = this is my go to place right now don't ever leave!

The owern and the manager of the store are great people to talk to and very knowledgeable of the products they carry. And they have a great qs account for all the "special sb's".

The owner is always there to help. Very nice store with a HUGE inventory. I recommend to everyone!

Only place Ioked buying worm boots from since i moved to this part of Brooklyn. Su ms they are closing now.
