Central Telephone

I keep getting scam calls. i called Central Tel because it's one of their customers call me. I was told that i don't have an account so they can't do anything to help me. i asked if i provide them the number of their customer that was calling could they do something and told without an account they can't do anything. If I was to make an account with them, one i can't use since their service is not offered anywhere near me, they would be able to help. So this is what I heard "Sorry sir but unless you pay us our customers using our service to call you illegally, since you are on the DNCL, will continue to call and harass you until you pay our extortion fee." Central Telephone of NV are criminals.
