Central Virginia Family Physicians

Felt really sick so I decided to stop by. Haven’t been to the doctor in three years because I really like the experience. A decent amount of people there but there wasn’t a long wait time. The office staff are really pleasant and the nurse was excellent. The “Doctor” she explained everything clearly and I was on my way home.

They were quick sympathetic and kind. But more than that, they diagnosed my daughter correctly and gave good advice to help her get better.

I went in to get a tb test and a vaccine for school. The front desk said they couldn't bill my insurance for the vaccination, even though I'm in network with them because I'm a student, and my school has a contact with CVFP that pays for certain care. They were trying to make me pay $116 out of pocket, even though it's totally possible for them to bill my insurance. In fact, it's in their contact with the insurance companies that they have to bill it to them.

I was not given my full test results and the front office personnel are rude.
