They are a bank that steps up an helps you. They are not the evil empire like some other banks are.

VERY discriminatory. Quotting regulations and laws that don't exist to prevent working non traditional families from banking with them. Horrible.

Long time Putnam Bank customer. Now almost impossible to get someone on the phone and when leaving messages I never get a return call. Very disappointing. May be time to move accounts.

I wouldn't trust them with your money. Outdated systems lack the security required to survive in a world of cyber-attacks, putting your capital and the livelihoods of all unhappy employees at risk. Use a real bank, not one with a facade of a nice community bank.
