Great Margaritas, service- Garlic bread, Ambiance, sat at the bar - English speaking lady assisted with F&B ordering- got my lovely No meat - Spanish Omlette- went Solo -had a great experience - would definitely recommend this place…

6/17 @7:30ish pm 8 tables tops with 4 waitresses Walked in and sat at the bar Not a single soul greeted my friend and I… 15-20 mins went by still not a hello… nothing I decided to call and place an order from the bar. In less than a min they took my order I watched as the lady took my order right in-front of me Don’t go here Update 30 minutes No hello/or bye. They didn’t even pick up the last person’s receipt or old drinks in front and to sides of us.

So I used to eat from this place like 8 years ago or so and I found the food the most delicious in the area with great service. I moved out so I didn't eat from there again. Last week I visited someone who lives in west new York and I was excited to eat from Centro Latino again. I ordered delivery. I was so excited I ordered all my favorite dishes from 8 years back. They told me 45mns for delivery, it came like 15mns late. Then one item was missing, I called and asked for a refund of the item. They said yes. I'ts been a week and never got the refund. As for the food, it was sooo bad not even my kids wanted to eat. The quality in food and service has gone down so much I have to give 1 star because none of us enjoyed the food, most of it went to the trash, one item was missing, delivery came late and they didn't fulfill the refund they said they were going to give me. What a shame.

No attention to details. Food is 1 star worthy. I didn't have a good experience.

A couple of weeks ago went to eat,good food,great attention,but when I order a dessert it was rotten,no apologize from nobody and I have to tell them they hate to retire the other pieces,they should know when a product is past due

I always liked this place because it’s convenient. You order the food and go. But, on my recent stop there I paid with my card. I did not leave any tip and when the final charge went through to my bank account there were $3.55 added to my final payment. I am sure they probably think most people don’t even bother to check their accounts and thus they get away with adding whatever amounts they please. Well, I am not one of those people. I check my charges on my account. When I realized they had charged me more I called them. They told me I had written down a gratuity for $3.55 which is a lie! I know I didn’t do that. I called my bank and they will investigate. People watch your bank charges. Especially with this place. What a sham! I will never go here again!!!

The food is really good, better than Centro Latino 2 in my opinion. They have a full bar with really inexpensive drinks and even a frozen margaritas machine. They can get busy causing slow service and communication can be challenging if you don't speak Spanish.

By far my favorite place! Their food is delicious, the price of your meal is.nothing by comparison to the quality & quantity of your food. Even their desserts are amazing. I actually ordered dessert for 30 people for my graduation and everyone asked where I got it. The staff is so nice and the owner cares greatly about this place. This all adds up to a win win for everyone. Once you've tried their food and experienced their little home away from home atmosphere I have no doubt you'll be back again & again. Don't take my word for it just go and try it, they never disappoint!!!!
