Don’t like typical real estate agent bios? Don’t worry, neither do I. They’re like cardboard -- stiff, bland, and identical to every other bio out there. Instead of bragging about awards and accomplishments you’re not interested in ,or listing acronyms you do not care about or even know what they mean, I’m taking a different approach of actually giving you what you want -- real answers to questions you’re probably wondering right now.
Will you return my calls and emails?
Absolutely, I accept texts as well. I get it can be frustrating when an agent doesn’t respond to you in a timely manner, I work hard to reply within the first few hours of your questions.
I’ve met many Realtors who are jerks . Are you?
Depends on who you ask. I would say that I work for the best interest of my client. That may ruffle some feathers on the other side of the table, but my main goal is my client. I want your needs met, however I do my best to ensure that both parties reap benefits. A handful of people think I walk on water, while others might think me pigheaded when my clients’ needs are at stake. While these are two extremes, most of my clients and agents I have worked with would put me somewhere in the middle. What I can tell you about me is that I am honest and straightforward. I take pride in being friendly and open without being smothering. My loyalties lie with my family, my clients, and my friends. So, am I a jerk? Not necessarily; that is, unless someone messes with one of those people.
Do you have experience doing exactly what I need?
Probably, but until we have a chance to talk and you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing. Here are things I do well:
• Working with buyers (first time or otherwise)
• Working with sellers
• Relocations
• Finding answers to questions - I may not have all the answers but I know where to find them

On a professional level, I would say:

• Decent computer troubleshooting
• Winning at family game night (when my wife lets me)
