Pam and John and their entire team exceeded all my expectations, they went above and beyond in every aspect and at every opportunity. They paid attention to all the details and always checked with me on a daily basis to make sure everything was progressing as planned. I couldn’t have had better service, I was extremely fortunate to be partnered with them and can easily recommend them to anyone. Fantastic and incredible, is the experience I had. Awesome experience. Most of it had to be done long distance, as we were still living in Virginia, however, Pam Peck made everything worry free and smooth, from taking pictures, sending documents and information to us, right down to negotiating and advising when the time came. She went over and above to make sure our "wants and needs" were immediately met at every turn. Her advice and insight was so on point, as well as her staff welcoming us to the Century 21 family, we were always comfortable that everything was done right and always decisions were made keeping our welfare as their top priority. I would, and do, recommend them over any and all realtors, and would not hesitate at all to call Pam with any question or concern. Even today, after we have become settled, they still contact us to be sure all is well. In at the five moves we have made over the years, not one comes close to what we have experienced with Pam Peck and her group!!
