I was a bit scared seeing all the bad reviews, but I'm glad I trusted Victoria. She's been great through the whole process and 4 out of my 5 accounts were settled for lower than the 40% estimate I was provided. Will definitely be recommending this service to anyone with trouble paying off their debts.
My name is Valeria Bardales, I signed a contract with this company on 10/2/2017 - 09/13/2019 to do debt consolidation services for 4 credit cards. I had to pay $433.05 a month. You guys didn't pay off the last two cards that were supposed to be closed. I am still getting notifications from collections officer of MIDLAND Funding LLC and Cavalry Portfolio Services for $5,400 and $2,374 respectively. To this day I am trying to get ahold I was trying to contact cynthia bonillo and marianna nowottny and no one is answering the phone. You guys aren't answered and I completed the contract and payed everything on time. This is getting ridiculous and I need some answers and solutions.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! MY MOTHER PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO THEM AND IN THE END THEY DID NOT PAY ALL OFF HER ALL ACCOUNTS. THEY CLAIM THAT ALTHOUGH SHE WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD A CERTAIN AMOUNT SHE NEEDED TO PAY, AND SHE DID, NOW THEY REQUIRE MORE MONEY FOR THE ACCOUNT TO BE PAID OFF!! SINCE THEN THEY HAVE GHOSTED HER. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER CALLS!! WE’RE GONNA HAVE TO TAKE A TRIP UP TO THEIR OFFICE AND GET OUT MONEY BACK CAUSE THERE IS NO WAY THEY GONNA GET AWAY WITH THIS. BEWARE AND DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
I do not recommend this business. At the beginning everyone seemed to be attentive and responsive. My family got very stressed out trying to get answers when we didn’t understand something. When you start asking questions which you are entitled to because it is your money that is involved and you are paying for their service, they should be professionals and attentive. I had to write email and constantly calling them because most of the times they didn’t answers my calls. For 2 years I was in constant worry dealing with this business. I should have resolved my debt directly with a bank or with a lawyer.
I couldn't be happier, Cynthia was incredibly helpful from beginning to end, any question she had answers for, would always call me on time whenever we programmed a call through their customer service E-Mails Will always recommend to friends and family now.
Enrolled in program about 6 months ago, I'm very please withe the service they provide. Customer service is very helpful, they are always ready to assist you with any questions you may have. I already received some good settlements on my accounts, looking to finish the program soon, so I can have my credit back to buy a house.
This company only cares about your money. My husband and I, have paid the 90% of the amount that they told us we had to pay. It’s been 26 months and only ONE account has been pay. Today , I call our debt collectors and they told me have received a call from they. I have called the company I don’t know how many time , they only say “ the manager will call you back” and never do. All of this 5 stars that see in google is done it by them. AT THE BEGINNING ,they answer all of your question, after you the money no one know anything. NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR SON UNOS LADRONES
Next level customer service. I really can’t thank them enough for how much they helped me. The crew was easy to work with from start to finish. I’m still currently unraveling my issues but the crew laid down an easy to follow monthly blueprint to resolve my outstanding debt and improve my credit.
