Ceriello Electric quickly and expertly resolved a partial outage for my small coop that ConEd refused to deal with. And even on Friday the 5th of July, they picked up the phone right away, were knowledgable about my problem, showed up fast, demonstrated ingenuity and professionalism, and pretty much saved the day. Their technician even had a field manager come by to verify an unusual power reading for no extra charge, and then the office got ConEd to pick up the ball tout suite. Very pleased with the whole team and will use them again for sure, for non-emergent electric work too.

These guys are the best of the best. I evolved from using one of the younger electricians who gave great customer service, to later moving to an old head named Frank who simply knew how to do stuff that no one else could do. They are respectful, on time, and on budget. And as an African American man oh, that is not always the case with my service people.

Extremely overpriced! The electricians that arrived at my house spent a day and half just installing one outside light and wire. They talked more than they actually worked. A service call that could have been completed in two days or less with two electricians took 3 days.

Terrible work. We had them replace the buzzer and intercom system for our building. The system continually shorted out every few months. Each time that they made repairs, the system only lasted for a few weeks before it shorted out again. The final time it shorted out, they told us that we were no longer under warranty, and that a real fix would require re-wiring work and twice as much money. When informed that they had initially told us the opposite i.e., that the system could simply be replaced without re-wiring, they lied and said that they had recommended re-wiring from the beginning. They were also rude the entire time.

Ceriello did a great job taking care of our electrical problems, their team was clean and professional, they made sure that the job was done right.

Showed up and fixed urgent outage.
