I worked with Christy from Certapro in the lead-up to the actual painting and throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and provided really helpful advice throughout the process. She even went out of my way to meet me at the bank on the day of payment so that I could get off to work on time. The painters did a really nice job and tweaked all items to my satisfaction. Christy was clear that Certapro would not be satisfied until I was happy with the final product. They also did the work at a fair price.

LOOK NO FURTHER AND HIRE CERTAPRO TODAY!! We are so, so happy that we decided to hire CertaPro to paint our 20-foot walls. The crew showed up right on time and got the job done perfectly and thoroughly. They asked lots of questions to clarify exactly what we wanted painted and what we wanted patched. I wish I had taken before pictures to show their complete attention to detail. We had a filthy air intake vent that was too high for us to reach, and Luis and his crew not only cleaned it, but also painted it to blend in with the wall. They patched so many holes in the walls that were not even aware of as well as a crack in the ceiling and a dent in our window seat. We are blown away and will be hiring CertaPro in the future for all of our painting projects!

This company has amazing customer service- Maidelys Jorge is awesome - she came out and gave our practice a quote- she touch base with us along the way. She was able to match the colors we needed. Daewin Moreno was introduce to our practice as the lead supervisor- his contact information was shared prior to his arrival. This was great to see before the project started. He arrived on time and review the site and give us input and an estimate of time to be completed. They were both professional and kept to the schedule and actually finished early. We contracted CertaPro Painters to take on a big painting project in our home. Throughout the process, all of the CertaPro employees were friendly, polite, and professional. Getting a quote was quick and easy, and they clearly explained what their work would include. The price was reasonable, and we didn't have to wait long for a start date. The painting team also did an excellent job - they arrived to work on time, they worked efficiently, and they had keen eyes for detail. In the end, we are extremely happy with the results, and our house looks better than ever! We certainly plan to use CertaPro again for our future painting project needs.
