I called ahead to make sure they had the part in stock. They said they did so I made the drive out. I get there and they tell me it's not in stock and that they told me it wasn't on the phone without even looking in the system. Looked it up and there it was on will call... they had the bumper, but no front grill which I was aware of because that is what I was told over the phone. I asked if they knew of anywhere locally I could get auto body parts because our family car needs that grill and AJ told me they couldn't give out that information. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Your customer needs help finding parts you don't have in stock to fix their car and you can't even help them out?? Both AJ and the other guy at the desk were very rude and had poor customer service. I felt like just being there I was bothering these guys. This company really needs to focus on improving customer interactions and assisting the customer to fulfill their needs in a polite and helpful manner. 2 stars because they did have the bumper.
My first purchases date back to 2001, I’ve bought from several locations to include the store in Phoenix. Mgmt there is excellent they will walk you through, make sure you have as much info as possible for the part your looking for. They have online catalogue on their website, be prepared for extreme back order due to Biden container mess, lastly inspect your parts before you leave, it’s ultimately your responsibility to catch issues before you leave.
Counter man is efficient cheerful and bilingual. He was great. When parts came up bumper was too deeply scratched and have to wait a week for a good one. Also when we got home one of the parts was for a 2003 instead of a 2001. Not interchangeable. So we will be bringing that back to exchange. See you then. Front desk is great. Might want to watch parts damage and year numbers in the back.
Called about period correct hood for a classic truck. The person on the phone was disinterested in helping or listening. Once I explained the variation in makes he spoke over me and continued to rush me into buying what they had it stock. I will NEVER use them for any future purchases.
This has been one of the best places I've been that offers great customer service. Super easy to make purchases. Walk in give them your vehicle information and the name of part you are looking for. They put in the order, and someone brings it to the front, pay for it that's it.
This place has cheap prices,Chinese auto and truck body parts. All the Body shops buy here. The counter person is friendly and quick to look up your part. Big Warehouse.
Parts barley fit!! After trying to give me a bent part at first I informed them and they brought out another one wrapped in a box. Took it home and it's completely unuseable whole corner bent!! Drove an hour to get home with poor quality unuseable parts!! Called them and their response was I should have unboxed and checked it! NO you should be making sure you're employees are selling useable parts would think that would be proper customer service!! You don't go into Walmart and open things to see their condition you assume that you buy something new it should be in working condition!! Also the chrome bumper I bought was completely scratched beyond belief! Unhappy with my experience!!
I purchase headlights from here and they didn't last long. At the time I purchased them they indicated a Lifetime Warranty and all I had to do was bring back the headlights and they'll replace it under warranty. Since then, they have changed the warranty policy to just 30 days! I told them that when I purchased the headlight they said it was a Lifetime Warranty and if they are still going to honor that. The manager just said no they can't without explanation! Poor quality parts, poor business ethics, and poor customer service.
They originally said a fender I needed was in stock so I went to pick it up and they said the computer says they had 2 but they couldn't find one, ok understandable. So they deleted the 2 from thier inventory so it would automatically order the out of stock item. So I was told a week well I called and not in so I called everyday for 3 weeks and was told thier system would not allow them to track shipment. Finally they must have gotten tired of me calling and I was told it would take a few months but they still could not tract it or even know if it had been shipped.
Parts appear as original I did not rate 4 or 5 star because when my power mirror did not work as it should I called in and the guy immediately claimed they had no more of them hoping, I guess, that I settle for a non working mirror rather than return for a refund. I think the guy was lying because when I purchased the mirror he stated "sure we have 'them' in stock".
