John did a awesome job selling me the car. 2014 BMW it cost me a extra 3k the same month 800 for a transmission flush . That was what I paid and is the least of the problems. The car had a easy to fix leak with the turbo it should have been looked at before the motor was put into the car. A/C issues control arms Thermostat and water pump. 50/50 warranty I know the basics when it comes to cars had to take the car back twice. Because they decided to not do the Thermostat or pump the first time after I told them about a warning light. The warning light came back on when I was on the freeway. The problem was fixed fast and the car is running decent. Why they didn't get 5 stars is because someone scratched up the nose of my car that I just paid for without any care. It looks like someone's zipper was all over the black paint when they were installing the water pump. I was nothing but nice and gave them good business. Something about Honesty in this business. There was another fresh scratch on the back door the scratches were fresh and still white when I asked what happened I was told the rain Is what I was told. It took me all day to get it looking better, but a few are still there. They could have done better due to the fact that they have someone on sight that details cars. After I gave them a lot of money and I traded in a easy flip on top of that. Honesty goes further then money.

I needed to replace front and read struts & shocks, brakes, rotors, and alignment. Got a few quotes from three different places. Just drove by and asked for a quote here. They were by far the best quote. They were also very polite and explained everything thoroughly. Andrew took his time to give me a precise price for all the work, which I really appreciated. When I finally brought my car in, they got on it immediately and in a short time finished all the work. My car runs great now and I feel much safer driving it. I walked in with no prior knowledge of this place. I saw it as I drove by today and decided just to ask if they can take a look at my air conditioner. They took it right away and diagnosed the problem in maybe 10-15min and gave me an amazingly fair price for parts and labor. Told me they could fix it in 2 hours but only took 1 hour to do the job right. Air conditioner working as new and very happy with how fair they were with the price. Its a family owned business and will be where I take my families cars from now on. Highly recommend this place.

Went to Certified Auto Sales today. Bought a 2007 Honda Accord coupe. There were a few things cosmetically that were a bit of an issue, but both Brian and John were true gentlemen about it. They were very happy to have a sale and they did everything they could to get us the deal we wanted. We were very pleased with the experience we had today. Looking forward to driving the car back and forth to work. Will give an update in a few months on how well the car is doing. So far, the car has been great! Only had it a month and already love it! Haven't had any problems with it. Had the windows re-tinted recently as the old tint had faded quite a bit. Fun car to drive, grateful for the good experience in the purchase of a used car! Certified Auto Care/Sales sells good quality cars. Have owned the car since September of 2019, it's February of 2020 now. Car still runs great! Have had it serviced recently. Mechanic gave it a clean bill of health! Few maintenance things coming up that will need to take care of, but that's come to be expected. Even got 30 mpg's on my most recent tank of gas! Great car! Would definitely buy from Certified Auto Sales again!! Thank you for the great car! Owned the car for a year now. No problems with it at all. It's been a great car. Been a couple times where it's heated up quite a bit while standing in traffic traveling up a mountain pass... that is hard on ANY car... while the AC is running. Other than that, the car has ran splendidly! Really love driving this car! Would buy from this company again given the opportunity! Thank you for the great sale! December 2022 update - still runs great! Have never had any major mechanical problems with it. Continue to maintain it and it should last for years to come! Still runs strong with more than 175k miles on it now.

Took my car here to save me time, simple enough, power steering line was old, never had a problem with the car before, check engine light came on for the first time immediately after leaving their shop. Can tell afterwards that they messed with my o2 censor.
