First time going there and I was blessed to have Dr Rivera as my dermatologist. She is compassionate, LISTENS, you do not feel rushed. She explains and lets you ask any questions. I truly felt as if I was talking to a friend but she is professional, too. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
I feel it's rare to leave a doctor's appointment and think, "Wow! What a great doctor." Dr. Rivera made me feel heard, made me feel that my care was prioritized, and gave me time to ask questions. Truly one of the best doctor's visits I've ever had.
The staff was courteous and the wait to see the doctor was no more than 15 minutes. Dr. Rivera took her time and explained everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend her.

Best dermatologist ever. Elsie is a prized possession. She is so personable and takes her time with what you need to do. I refuse to see anyone but her. She is in a word Phenomenal.

My experience was great the Dr. Aid was very nice and courteous and acted very professional with much knowledge about dermatology. Dr. Rivers took a biopsy and as usual did a great full body exam. I am very happy going to the Bayonne office.
