Worst company ever! Bunch of thieves! Predatory practices! Towing companies that work for the city need to be heavily regulated by the law to not over charge and simply come up with whatever internal "policy" that benefits them. If they are willing to seize a person's property 24 hours a day, they need to be made to release that property 24 hours a day, not close on the weekends or after 5 pm. My truck was towed at 7 pm on Saturday. Although legally parked next to my house and registered they took it 30 minutes after I parked it. I couldn't get it back until Monday morning. They held it for one full day, Sunday. They charged me 3 full days, Plus a towing fee, plus a police fee. I will file a complaint with the state board and speaking with state legislators.
I parked my car in a place that didn't have any prohibition on parking or indicated it was private parking and they stole my car and It was only 2 hours since they stole the car and I had to pay $390 to get it back., that's a bunch of robbers. I tried to explain, but the reply I got was that they didn't listen to the explanation, and if they wanted a car, they would redeem it with money. They were similar to kidnappers.
0 stars. They are the worst “towing company” they are scamming people and insurance companies trying to get the most money by holding cars in their yard as long as possible. They are RUDE and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. They are only nice on your first call to them to try and get you, but once they take your car they will try to keep in their yard for as long as possible to charge you the most. After that when you call back for updates they will be rude, short with you and hang up on you. DO NOT USE THEM.

Zero stars. Shady staff, ridiculous over charging, don't trust this company! They need to be shut down!
They towed my neighbor’s car. It broke down so she parked it past the red zone, not knowing that there was a no parking sign way up ahead. She walked to her appointment and came back in an hour she planned to use her AAA.. They were not authorized by the police to tow the car from the public zone. They charged her for an extra day of storage on top of this. She was charged $650 for the towing, something they called a release form, and two days of storage although she picked up the car the same day. Outrageous that this company takes advantage of folks. We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and taking them to small claims court.Service: Car towing
These idiots don't get paid to act extra but do
Liars and thieves. Do not trust them.
You have posted pictures on maps why dont you post your phone number and hours too like everybody else does so its easy to reach you? Are you trying to get another day of storage.
Very slow, we’ve been waiting for almost half a year for some paperwork that shows they had destroyed the damaged cargo, we still don’t have it. Hopefully if they can see this and send it to us. Many emails and phone calls to them, not working
