Our Team of Portland Housing Advocates hanging out in front of Portland City Hall prior to our meeting with newly elected City Commissioner - Jo Ann Hardesty and her amazing staff. We are blessed to have a highly skilled and superbly dedicated team contributing to the well-being of all Portland residents. 2019 is the year of the Blue Wave 2.0 and we are all going to see that our City and our country is headed toward a brighter future.
During business hours, doors locked, security had to let me in, then call up to the mayor's office to make sure I was "ok". I took the elevator up, and the mayor's office security wanted to make sure I was still the same guy that the downstairs security had let in the building.
Portland City Hall was a very welcoming place with warm and friendly help. But with all the lunatics now in Portland it is frightening to even wait at the bus stop near it. The incredible Portland of just a few years ago is lost to all these horrible people who have come there purely for hateful reasons taking the spirit, joy and warmth of what once a fantastic city to live in.
Lady laying dead in pioneer square. Blood running down the block. 911 Never answered. Called me back 23 mins later . Insane
The downfall of Portland is because of the ignorant and disconnected bozos in here. The city is a dumpster fire. It was a really nice place just a few years ago.
Why is the Mayor & City Council unavailable for citizen conversation; email, text, phone or in person? You all are doing a less than stellar job and being paid. Downtown is dead, ChinaTown is a cesspool. Perhaps the city should have people over the age of 12 to govern?
Portland is in a competition with SF and Seattle to see who hits rock bottom first.
I moved here with a business and now this city is a toilet. What a disaster of leadership.
Portland's government is not doing enough to implement ethical and sustainable solutions to homelessness and more problems confronting Portland.
OK, Portland's city hall, not too gorgeous, not too skimpy either
