Weightlifting or recreation is abundant here. Fun for the kids too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The facility has a weight room, computer lab, a basketball court, a. game room with pool tables and the property is located by a large park. They also have a great dance for persons with disabilities called 'Merry Makers'  on some Fridays. I think the only negative is that the building is somewhat dated.

Love the weight room. My wife and I go all the time. We really like the variety of workout machines and free weights.
