I mean… just the best all the way around. Honestly. Joe in the service department was simply exquisite in terms of knowledge, understanding, relatability, and the list could go on. I am new to biking, but I will likely make this my go-to bike shop for future needs- AND recommendations. Totally grateful.

The team at the store held a couple of e-bikes so I could drive from out of town to test ride them. Greg walked me through the bikes features and rode along as I tested them. He even shared good tips on how to transport it and best way to load this heavy bike on my car rack. Great customer service.

My family are bike novices. We've been in a few times for shopping and repairs. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I bought my bike here several years ago and have had it serviced with them as well. We've also purchased our daughter's bike and even used the trade in program when she needed to get a bigger bike. Customer Service is always wonderful and they were very friendly and helpful with my daughter.

Everyone in the shop is great. Very helpful everytime I have to shop for bike parts. They keep you up to date on the parts you order. Very cool place.

Came in to do a return/purchase new shoes and the staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly! It was my first time in the LR Trek store and we will definitely be back!

Awesome people, knowledgeable. Unlike some shops, everyone rides with enthusiasm. I’d recommend a person to talk to, but I’ve worked with most and they are all great.
