Thrilled with the service we received at this location. A large selection of showroom items to view and very competitive pricing. Both Henry and Coleman were excellent sales associates. Extremely quick to have quotes ready for our client. Very professional and accommodating. They arranged everything as needed and we enjoyed a smooth transaction and delivery. Our client is extremely happy with the large order we purchased for him from this Chair King. Highly recommend.
Shopping for pool side and patio furniture, they have a great selection and the salesperson was knowledgeable. Availability and Delivery was within a 2 week time frame for most items. Overall we had a great experience, but we weren't ready to make a same day purchase.
Absolutely happy with my experience at Chair King Backyard Store, from customer service to product quality and pricing to delivery. Coleman Cossette at the SW Freeway location was an exceptional salesman and he sealed the deal for us. We shopped at two other locations to compare and Coleman and Chair King was by far the best!!! We are very excited about our purchase.

Service: Friendly customer service. Furniture: Although the colors I was looking for weren’t available due to supply chain shortages, I was able to find everything for my back patio in one store. Delivery time: I was anticipating to wait for 3-4 months for the furniture, but was pleasantly surprised that everything would be delivered within two weeks! Price: got a good discount and am very happy with the final price.
Great experience. Huge selection of patio furniture. Sales rep Sandy was very helpful and pleasant. One of the chairs delivered had a blemish and was replaced without any fuss. They just asked that we send a picture of the blemish which was reasonable. Prices and quality seemed much better than seen in some competing stores and online.

Todd was referred to us by a friend who just furnished his patio with Chair King. Todd was one of the best salespeople we’ve ever encountered. Knowledgeable, not pushy and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He showed us a range of options and did not try to steer us to the higher price items. He worked with his manager to get us a great deal on a patio dining set. We will be referring friends and neighbors to Todd because he is that awesome. It’s nice to interact with people who seem to like their job and want to become successful. Word of mouth is the best advertisement!
