Had a corolla that came with Gap coverage, and tbh I never expected them to own up to it. I was in an accident and my insurance didnt pay the full loan debt. The gap took care of me. Not even a month later my credit shot up. I love challenge, one day i’ll get my Tacoma and I will only use Challenge

Someone I know has this company! They don’t change info when ask like address or phone number! Than secretly sneak $420 insurance fee when we had insurance! 6x the amount for that car! They do illegal practices!

I honestly would have to say I enjoyed my time with challenge financial. My account advisor Sandra has always been nice and understanding when I was late for a payment due to other things. She never was rude, now that shes gone our new account advisor Yvonne shes is just as nice.

I don't mind dealing with Challenge although I can never make an online payment or the one time online payment. And Everytime I call, it's either busy or goes mailbox. But when I do reach a person, they are usually very helpful and courteous. However, I would rather just make my payments online and not have to talk with anyone.
