Terrible support. Nobody will answer questions. I have been asking details on the electrical system for years but they won't help. Meanwhile, nobody will touch the convoluted, hack-job system they installed. I've spent thousands trying to fix their mistakes. Basically, these are a bunch of amateurs and unless you live local to them, pay the extra to have your van customized professionally. There is a long list of other issues including dangerous rims, bad wood finish, seats that fail inspection, and seats that are completely worn out after 3 years.

WARNING SO YOU DO NOT END UP WHERE MYSELF AND OTHERS ARE........DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! FRAUD!! Keep an eye out for whatever their new business name is going to be as they are reorganizing to continue their business of lying. They filed Chapt 11 bankruptcy last week. They picked up my van i owned, that they originally made, to sell to another customer so I could purchase a different vehicle, sold it to them, then haven't paid me the money. They put the money back into their business which is 100% fraud. Now I have no tour vehicle, no van and no money from the sale. Same as other post, as mike ferris was first contact... lied, mike holmes was second... lied, then David Green seemed promising, told me I was being paid on a specific day, the day came, no payment, I called , I emailed, then two days later received an email from David Green that "business hasn't been as good as planned and they wouldn't know when they could pay me".... REMEMBER, THIS IS AFTER THEY SOLD MY VAN!!!! WHERE IS MY MONEY FROM MY VAN?? DID IT JUST VANISH?? SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!

They will tell you everything you want to hear to get your money and then they will give various excuses or just ignore you. Do yourself a favor and google "Chalmers automotive lawsuit" or "chalmers automotive defendant"

I wish I could leave a review about the craftsmanship of these vans. The website looks amazing and a year and a half ago, when I made my downpayment, I was so excited to experience what their website promises. Unfortunately, at this point, all I've gotten is promises--broken promises. For the past year and a half, I have been given "delivery dates" that were never met. When I would try to contact them about issues and to get an update, their receptionist (super-friendly gal; love her) would say that they were with a customer or else not in the office, then promise to give them a message, from which no response would result. My first salesman, John Muller, apparently made promises the company could not keep. He was let go. I was then given to Mike Ferris, who did everything he could but seemingly could not give any answers because he was not over production. He referred me to Mike Holm(es?) who supposedly could give me more answers. He spoke with me once and never got back to me again. At the start of 2017, I was contacted and told that a restructuring was taking place. I was told about some of the issues the company was having and was promised that now things would be different. Like a battered girlfriend, I believed them. My new contact, David Green, started off great. He used lots of corporate catch phrases and promised results. The first time he told me he would call, he actually did! Could things actually be changing? Nope. The first time he said he would return my call was the only time. At the writing of this review, it has been two weeks since he said he would "touch base" with me. I gave it a week, thinking, "Maybe there's not an update yet. I'll wait a week" After a week there was still no response so I sent a text message to him, expecting some sort of response. > As of now, it's been two weeks and still nothing. To be fair, a year ago when their missed deadlines were threatening to destroy family trips, they did get us a loaner, which we have been using when weather permits. Hopefully, however, this loaner is not representative of their best work. Mike Ferris assures me that it is not, but if their previous promises are any indication, I'm not sure it's going to be worth the money. Now, I'm in danger of losing my funding, as the file for this has been open for a YEAR AND A HALF. Hoping that some day I will be able to give a review on the product I ordered. However, unless they make some changes to their customer service I don't predict this company will last long. Considering legal action. TL;DR- They took my down payment a year and a half ago and now won't return my calls. Can't comment on craftsmanship, but the customer service stinks.
