Champagne Life Gift Baskets went above and beyond to deliver my Champagne & Donuts gift to my friend. There were some logistical complications when the hotel changed the name on the room to another guest's name because they checked in first, but the company stayed in close contact with me for the entire weekend as we figured out why the hotel hadn't accepted the basket, and they even refreshed the basket with brand new fresh donuts when they were able to deliver it the next day. The basket presentation and quality of the donuts and champagne was perfect and my friend was thrilled! I would absolutely book thru them again!
