I recently had a wonderful pedicure experience at Champagne Nail Salon, thanks to technician Brian. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere exuded luxury and relaxation. Brian's attention to detail and skillful technique made the pedicure truly indulgent. He took the time to ensure my comfort and listened attentively to my preferences. The results were impeccable, leaving my feet feeling rejuvenated and looking flawless. I highly recommend Champagne Nail Salon and Brian for anyone seeking top-notch pampering and expert nail care. Five stars all the way!

I have been here twice now and both times they seem rushed. First time I went was for a pedicure with my friend a few weeks ago and they did an alright job however my toe did become infected a few days later and im still dealing with it and the second time I went for a regular manicure just on Thursday. They did call me earlier in the day saying they were running behind and wanted me 15 mins later then my scheduled time of 5pm which was fine but when I showed up the receptionist just checked me in and told me to sit down and no one even acknowledged me till 5:30ish. Apparently the first receptionist had gone home and didn't tell any other staff that I was there I was then put with a nail tech Tony??? I had originally had a different person when they booked me online that had an appointment at the same time as me sitting down she was really mad that i had taken her spot as she only had an hour to be there and he basically just rushed me through to get to his appointment which btw the lady was given to a different nail tech. No drink other drink was offered to me other then bottled water and by Monday 4 days later my nails are all clipped, peeling and cracking. Definitely won't be going here again.

I love coming here and seeing Anna, she is an amazing artist and so sweet!! She always does such a great job and works so hard to do all the designs I show her, would 100% recommend coming here and seeing Anna!

Great experience at Champagne nails. They regularly have promotions which make their prices reasonable. My nail tech was easily able to replicate the sample photo I showed her for an acrylic fill and I left very satisfied with the results.

I was helped by Jenny, and i really cried my eyes out. She did nails set the one I exactly said i don want. The picture show vs what i got. Right when i sat on the chair i said i want something fancy and i showed the picture. When she started painting my middle nail i still reminded her i need design on the nail right ? She said ya and draw 2 lines i wish i have clicked that picture as well. Long story short she said she can not do the design i want then and said we can do glazed again i mean do i had option to choose for design on one finger she said she can not do that as well may be bcoz it was closing time. I said really politely i said i really needed fancy and this to me is not fancy then jenny reply what show me was not fancy i m sorry but i recall me going there and getting service not other way around. I had shows my dissatisfaction but unfortunately felt like it was not even considered. I did pay for the full. I cried bcoz of her behaviour toward my dislike.

Horrible quality and terrible service. 5 days after having a shellac manicure done, I noticed that the polish is starting to peel at the edges. I emailed the company to tell them about this and ask for a refund I already had to go in 2 days after getting them done to have a couple nails fixed and they never responded. I then booked an appointment to get the nails fixed and they cancelled my appointment. I called to ask why my appointment was cancelled and they told me it’s been over one week since my original appointment so they won’t do anything about it. However, I tried to contact them before the 7 day mark and they just ignored me. They won’t even remove the nail polish for me for free.

Sophie did my nails they are on point she did an amazing job. She checked in as she worked to make sure I liked what she was doing. Very happy with my nails. Sophie will be my go to nail lady for Abby.

I'm having my engagement photos done this week so my mom wanted us to do a mother/daughter day of manicures & pedicures. We found this salon through recommendations on Facebook. After reading the reviews online, we decided to try it out & I'm so glad we did! It was such a wonderful afternoon! All of the staff is so sweet and attentive. I'm absolutely in love with the results! I live out of province but will be getting married back home in BC, so I plan on coming to them again for my big day Stella did my pedicure & manicure and she is an absolute delight! Easy to talk to, was attentive to detail she checked in as she worked to make sure I liked what she was doing and made me feel very comfortable! 10/10 would recommend coming here!

Ohhhh, I had the best experience! I will 100% be going back. I had the most gentle and effective pedicure, and my nails are pretty. Thanks for the green tea, massage, hot stones, and friendly smiles.

Love this nail salon! I have been going to Champagne Nail lounge for almost a year. So happy to have found great nail artists in Abbotsford. Don owner is always focused on customer service, as are his staff. Had my wedding nails done here and I just keep going back for great customer service, intricate nail art, and fair prices. Stella is my favorite artist as she takes her time on designs I bring in, and isn’t afraid to recommend colors to me that match. Thanks Don, Stella and staff for always making my nail visit 5 stars!
