Did a fantastic job on my truck! Very professional, a competitive price and great turn around time. Wow! I would recommend  Chance Transmission anytime. Matter of fact they are the only ones I would recommend.

They're taking on more work than they have the man power to support. I called ahead to scheduled a timeslot for service. In spite of this, they ended up keeping my car in the shop for 2 days and never got around to actually working on it. Then they charged me $50 for the privilege.

I received great service from Chance. My Silverado's transmission blew up and Chance replaced it with a rebuilt one. The new one drives like silk. The price was great and they gave an accurate time and price estimate. Very happy with them and I highly recommend them. They are honest folk.Service:&nbsp;Transmission

They worked me into their schedule, checked things out, fixed the problems, and now the car is working like new. It cost a little money, but much cheaper than buying another car. Now this car is running and shifting like new! Thank you all, Jay, the counter lady and the service tech. Job well done!

Terrible experience. I have a muscle car went to Chance for a over drive Transmission. They told me what I needed for my application. Never worked brought it back 6 times 125 miles round trip each time as it would not shift automatically had to manually shift. The 6th time they told me to  pay $2600 more and they would make it right.  So its has sit in the shop developed  bad leaks just sitting? Did Terrible work and Terrible customer service. I've finally got it to another shop. Praying for a much better experience that I can review highly. Please BEWARE!!!Service:&nbsp;Transmission

They were able to fix my Audi A7 C7. It had a coolant valve leak, which affected the mechatronic unit. It took a little bit, but there's also a lot of parts to diagnose... came in under my budget and Waaaay under what the Audi dealership quoted me.Services:&nbsp;Transmission

Another shop messed my diff up. Jeff quoted $2700 to rebuild. When they got it in Jeff was honest that it didn’t need rebuilt. It just needed the correct lube. Paid under $200 and I’m super happy. Also had them do preventive maintenance on my trans and still picked it up on time the next day.
