I will never purchase anything from this store again. The line was too long to get in the store and be treated like I was in the wrong place. Neimans had a better selection and my experience was awesome!!!

Customer service is so bad, waiting line is too long, about an hour just to get in! And i dont see a lot people inside! They try to make them look so busy but not busy at all! I know during this pandemic they try to not put a lot people inside but only 2 customer for entire store? You will be joking!!!!!!

Had on okay experience. It could’ve definitely been better but it wasn’t terrible either. There was a few things that saved it from being a really bad experience.

Marianna was such a great sales rep! So helpful and so much knowledge in fashion! Def ask for her when shopping here! The Best!!

The sales rep were very courteous and welcoming. They answered my questions and it made my selection very easy. Pricey as you would imagine a high end luxury item .
