Chanello's Pizza

Pizza was great. Delicious! We took the rest all the way back home to Pennsylvania! All these bad reviews are wack, almost turned us off, but I’ve worked pizza I understand staff shortages and problems occur, and hangry people get impatient so we Ordered online, said It would take an hour, which we didn’t mind. It’s a Saturday night, I’m sure their busy! Pizza was right on time, hot and fresh! Delivery driver was super nice! He even brought us plates and napkins, we didn’t even ask!! We had to have pizza here, my boyfriend lived in the area over twenty years ago and he said we had to try! It was great, pizza was good 20 years ago, still stands true to this day!! It was well worth the wait!!!

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would this is the third time they've ruined my wings I order 3 to 4 times a week and both times that they didn't fix the situation and made it very unpleasant the same manager that is working tonight was the one that said these saugy not even cooked all the way wings were put through the oven 5 times I order 30 to 50 dollars worth of food every order and the only time I've had to complain is when this manager is on call. If this was my business he would be terminated immediately. Cause all I wanted is what I ordered not what he felt like doing. This is the worst service in the 23451 area code. Look at the wings 5 times in the oven they wouldn't have any white but this manager says they went five times instead of just fixing the mistake

I ordered a large cheese pizza and 1lb mild wings. First off the pizza was absolutely amazing!! It was cooked perfectly the crust was nice and crunchy! The wings were very good but the mild had zero spice to it. I might try the hot ones next time. When I came to pick up the pizza around 2pm I was greeted immediately after coming in the door. A young small beautiful woman then brought me my order within 2 minutes. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I called in a late night sandwich. Staff was very friendly and got me my sandwich fast. I got there shortly before they closed and they were still accommodating. Sandwich wasn't bad and the price was reasonable.Food: 3/5

DO NOT DO IT! CALL ZERO'S!!! CALL ZERO'S!!! CALL ZERO'S!!! I ordered 3 subs and 2 were delivered. I called and was told by the "General manager" that to make up for this....they will deliver my 3rd sub. CALL ZERO'S!!!CALL ZERO'S!!! CALL ZERO'S!!!

The made from scratch dough is delicious! Garlic knots are the best! Asher is friendly and knowledgeable and is good to work with!

A little pricey. I paid $25 for one large two topping pizza. But the quality was good. Immediately after opening the box it was visually appealing. And the delivery driver arrived just over 20 minutes from when I placed the order.

21$ and over an hr wait the pizza was burnt!!! Called and complained they said new pizza will be at my door in 20 mins which took almost 50mins!!! And the pizza was cold! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

Delicious! I had their food delivered so I have no idea what the actual interior of the restaurant is like. But, so far my favorite pizza in VA Beach. I ordered a sausage pizza and one of their giant cookies and I was not disappointed! They even included a big cup of ranch without me requesting. I highly recommend
