Can’t even call to make an appointment. Definitely not a good place to go to. So unprofessional
Dr. Rasania has been a great doctor and I don't know what I would've of done without her. The staff is busy but have always been polite to me. I've never had to wait that long to be seen and I would recommend this rheumatologist.
I WOULD NOT REFER MY WORST ENEMY TO DR RASANIA, OFFICE PERSONNEL VERY RUDE, HAVE TO CALL 3 TO 4 TIMES TO GET DISIBILITY FORMS FILLED OUT WHICH I PAID , 2 HOUR WAITING ON AN APPOINTMENTS
Very rude, was thinking of seeing this doctor, but after speaking to office ppl , No way..... Runnnnnnnnn!!!!
Staff is polite but boy this office is poorly managed. Everytime I have to wait for over 1.25 hrs. This time is more than 1.5 in the lobby, not counting the time in examine room. A depressing old building. Don't recommend.
