Jason and his team went above and beyond my expectations for a branding company! We were a brand new retail business (with a previously designed logo) and had no idea what we were doing in the branding world! As soon as I contacted the company, Jason was prompt in calling me back to talk to me about my needs and ideas. After speaking with several other companies, I knew Chariot would be a great fit for us. Chariot Creative worked on a new logo for us, designed and printed business cards, retail tag cards, implemented an email marketing list/plan, built our AMAZING website, SEO, designed our greenhouse t shirts, and designed our billboard for us. This team took my vision, input all of their knowledge and expertise, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. What I liked most about Chariot Creative is not only did they tell me WHAT my business needed, they explained WHY my business needed it- which is so important when you're in the first "scary" steps of starting a new business. Chariot Creative provides a wonderful service. I am a Raleigh author of a children's book called Itchy Pig. They have created a beautiful WordPress website and web design for my book. I am so happy with the outcome of my website. It is beautifully developed. They provide exceptional online marketing and support. They are always able to address every question I have immediately and adequately. The expectations were set high and Chariot Creative nailed it! I had the occasion to work with Chariot Creative on website design and development this past year. First, the quality of the work was outstanding, and second, the attitude of everyone I worked with was always very positive and professional without being impersonal. They brought graphic design and site development expertise and applied it in a timely fashion to our branding goals to produce a result that exceeded our expectations by quite a lot.
